Pizza Recipe using Marilyn's GFG Focaccia Mix
Artisan Pizza Crust, you decide—thick or thin!

Yield: 1 10” Crust
You will need:
For one crust you will need:
Hand or standard mixer
10” round pizza pan, brushed with olive oil (12” for thin crust)
• 1 1/3 cups Marilyn’s GFG Pizza Mix
• 1/2 cup water (warm)
• 1 tsp. active dry yeast
• 1 large egg, lightly whisked
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• ¼ cup sweet rice flour (used for ease of handling dough)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush pan with olive oil.
Follow the same mixing instructions as the Focaccia Dough.
Place sweet rice flour on parchment paper or board. Scrape dough on the flour, and roll until dough is not sticky. Use more flour if needed.
Spread out dough on pizza pan to desired thickness. Let the crust rise to almost doubled in size.
Cover crust with your favorite pizza sauce and garnish with toppings and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with a little basil and oregano if desired. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
