Italian Flat Bread for Dipping

Using Marilyn’s Focaccia & Pizza Dough mix, follow the directions for focaccia. Add 1 tbsp of Home Appétit Italian Toasted Fennel and Coriander Spice Blend into the dough. Once spread on the pan, brush dough with Home Appétit Estate-Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle more Italian spice blend on the top to taste. Bake according to instructions. Prepare three bowls for dipping. One with Estate-Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil, one with the 25 Star Balsamic and one with the 25 Star White Balsamic (optional). Cut focaccia into small squares and place with three dipping bowls for a great appetizer.
