Fried Chicken & Kurt's Kickin' BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenders
1 ½ cups Marilyn’s Multi-Purpose Baking Mix
2 tbsp of Home Appétit Sage and Garlic Poultry Blend
2 eggs
2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
3 cups of Home Appétit Extra Virgin Canola Oil
Sauces for Dipping
Honey Mustard and Kickin’ Ketchup BBQ Sauce (see recipe below)
Directions:
Put oil in skillet on stove and turn heat to Medium-Medium High. Mix Marilyn’s Multi-Purpose Baking Mix and Home Appétit Sage and Garlic Poultry Blend in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Once your oil is heated to approximately 350° take chicken tenders and alternate between coating in egg mixture first and then the flour mixture. Do this two times before carefully placing in skillet. Cook 3-5 minutes each side until brown.
Kurt’s Kickin’ BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup organic ketchup
2 tbsp Home Appétit Southwest 4 Chili and Toasted Cumin Blend
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Home Appétit Traditional 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Mix well, heat in sauce pan on low heat stirring for 2-3 mins. Let it cool in fridge for 1 hour.
